摘要
储油罐在长期使用的过程中因地基变形会导致发生变位(横向倾斜或纵向倾斜),从而造成出油量与油位高度变化不匹配。针对这样的情况,用定积分的方式建立储油罐油位高度变化、发生横向及纵向倾斜变位角和出油量之间的数学关系;通过非线性最小二乘法建立变位参数辨识模型的目标函数,采用模拟退火算法和MATLAB求解变位角的最优解。利用2010年全国大学生数学建模竞赛A题的实际测量数据及文献数据对比验证,结果表明了该模型的优越性和实用性。
The horizontal or vertical tilt of oil tanks can occur for many reasons,such as the deformation of the foundation during the installation or long-term use of the oil tanks.Thus,the oil tank output oil dose not match the change in oil level height.Aimed at this problem,the mathematical relationship among oil level variation,displacement angle of the oil tank and oil output was established by means of definite integral.The objective function of displacement parameter identification model was established by the nonlinear least square method,and the optimal solution of displacement angle was obtained by using simulated annealing algorithm and MATLAB.Comparative verification was carried out by using the actual measured data of issue A in the 2010 National Mathematical Contest in Modeling for College students and literature data to verify the model.The experimental results show the superiority and practicability of the model.
