危险因素和中医体质辨识干预在社区糖尿病前期“治未病”健康管理中的应用

Application of Risk Factors and TCM Constitution Identification Intervention in Community Health Management of Pre-diabetes"Pre-treatment"

目的:分析危险因素和中医体质辨识干预在社区糖尿病前期“治未病”健康管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1—12月深圳市龙华区人民医院收治的糖尿病前期患者150例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各75例。对照组采取常规糖尿病社区管理,观察组采取危险因素和中医体质辨识干预。比较两组患者血糖、血脂、血压、体重指数(BMI)、防治知识知晓度及依从性变化情况。结果:干预后,观察组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。干预后,观察组舒张压、收缩压、BMI水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。观察组防治知识知晓度及依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论:在社区糖尿病前期“治未病”健康管理中用危险因素和中医体质辨识干预,可明显提高干预效果,稳定血压及血糖等指标,改善患者体质,提高治疗依从性。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of risk factors and TCM constitution identification intervention in community health management of pre-diabetes"pre-treatment".Methods:A total of one hundred and fifty patients with prediabetes admitted to Longhua District People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with seventy-five patients in each group.The control group took routine diabetes community management,the observation group took risk factors and traditional Chinese medicine constitution identification intervention.The changes of blood glucose,blood lipids,blood pressure,body mass index(BMI),knowledge of prevention and treatment and compliance were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,total cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in observation group were lower than those in control group,and high density lipoprotein cholesterol was higher,with statistical significance(P=0.001).After the intervention,the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and BMI of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).The knowledge awareness and compliance of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).Conclusion:The intervention of risk factors and TCM constitution identification in community pre-diabetes health management can significantly improve the intervention effect,stabilize blood pressure and blood glucose indexes,improve patients'physique and improve treatment compliance.
