4C延续护理模式在初产妇产褥期自我管理中的应用

Application of 4C Continuing Nursing Model in Self-management of Primipara During Puerperal Period

目的:探讨4C延续护理模式在初产妇产褥期自我管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年9月—2021年9月在南阳医学高等专科学校第一附属医院产科分娩的初产妇80例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组出院时给予产科出院常规护理,观察组采用4C延续护理干预模式。干预结束后比较两组焦虑、抑郁状况及母婴护理问题发生率。结果:干预后,观察组焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿黄疸、脐带脱落延迟、尿布性皮炎及产妇便秘、体重超重发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组急性乳腺炎发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:4C延续护理模式可有效降低初产妇产褥期的负性情绪及新生儿护理问题发生率。

Objective:To explore the application effect of 4C continuous nursing mode in self-management of primipara in puerperal period.Methods:A total of eighty primiparas who gave birth in the department of obstetrics of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with forty cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing at discharge,and the observation group was given 4C continuous nursing intervention mode.After the intervention,the incidence of anxiety,depression and maternal and infant nursing problems were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of neonatal jaundice,delayed umbilical cord shedding,diaper dermatitis,maternal constipation and overweight in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of acute mastitis between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:4C continuous nursing mode can effectively reduce the incidence of negative emotions in puerperal period and neonatal nursing problems.
