摘要
随着人们生活水平提高,2型糖尿病成为高发疾病之一,严重威胁人类健康。2型糖尿病发病期通常并发症较多,其中糖尿病肾病较为常见。2型糖尿病肾病患者存在一定的胰岛素不足及胰岛素抵抗,且体内钙、磷的代谢发生紊乱。在胰岛素分泌失调及抵抗等情况下,患者体内可出现高胰岛素、高血糖状况,会抑制成骨细胞,激活破骨细胞。以上原因均导致骨密度下降,骨微观结构发生变化,最终发生骨质疏松症。文章通过综述骨质疏松症的定义分型及病因与2型糖尿病肾病的定义和诱因,探究骨质疏松症与2型糖尿病肾病继发激素水平改变的关系,旨在为临床早期预防和治疗2型糖尿病肾病继发激素水平引起的骨质疏松症提供参考意见。
With the improvement of people's living standard,type 2 diabetes has become one of the diseases with high incidence,which seriously threatens human health.During the onset of type 2 diabetes,there are usually many complications,among which diabetic nephropathy is more common.Patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy have certain insulin deficiency and insulin resistance,and the metabolism of calcium and phosphorus in the body is disordered.In the case of insulin secretion disorders and resistance,high insulin and high blood glucose may occur in the patient's body,which will inhibit osteoblasts and activate osteoclasts.All of the above reasons lead to decreased bone density,changes in bone microstructure,and eventually osteoporosis.By reviewing the definition,classification and etiology of osteoporosis and the definition and inducement of type 2 diabetic nephropathy,this paper explores the relationship between osteoporosis and secondary hormone level changes in type 2 diabetic nephropathy.The aim is to provide reference for early clinical prevention and treatment of osteoporosis caused by secondary hormone levels of type 2 diabetic nephropathy.
