环状混合痔的手术治疗进展

Progress in Surgical Treatment of Annular Mixed Hemorrhoids

痔疮是临床常见且多发的疾病,环状混合痔现被列为肛肠科难治疾病之一,是痔疮发作最后阶段,需手术治疗。目前手术治疗方式众多,主要包括痔环切术、痔上黏膜环切术、外剥内扎术、选择性痔上黏膜切除术、自动痔疮套扎术、超声多普勒引导下痔动脉结扎术。手术治疗的目的是缩短治愈时间,最大限度保护肛门功能。但不同的手术方式具有不同的治疗效果。该文现结合大量研究对环状混合痔手术治疗进行综述,以期为临床人员提供参考依据。

Hemorrhoids is a common and frequent disease in clinic.Annular mixed hemorrhoids are now listed as one of the difficult-to-treat diseases in anorectal department,which is the last stage of hemorrhoids and requires surgical treatment.At present,there are many surgical treatment methods,including hemorrhoidal circumferential resection,hemorrhoidal circumferential resection,external stripping and internal ligation,selective hemorrhoidal circumferential resection,automatic hemorrhoidal ligation and ultrasonic Doppler guided hemorrhoidal artery ligation.The purpose of surgical treatment is to shorten the healing time and maximize the protection of anal function.But different surgical methods have different therapeutic effects.This article reviewed the surgical treatment of annular mixed hemorrhoids based on a large number of studies,in order to provide reference for clinical personnel.
