摘要
针对吸尘器电机振动引起噪声过大的问题,提出一种基于弹性联接的噪声抑制方法。首先,建立了吸尘器电机隔振系统模型;其次,对吸尘器电机罩进行了动力学分析,获得了电机罩在各阶谐振频率下的振型,揭示了电机罩易受振动影响的结构部位;最后,设计了电机振动抑制装置并对其关键零/部件进行了静力学分析。同时采用噪声测试仪对电机在不同转速下的整机噪声进行了测试。结果表明,所设计的电机振动抑制装置能有效抑制电机振动噪声,整体噪声最大降低了约4.5 dB。
Aiming at the problem of large noise caused by vacuum cleaner motor vibration,a noise suppression method based on elastic connection was proposed.Firstly,the vibration isolation system model of vacuum cleaner motor was established.Then,the dynamic analysis of the vacuum cleaner motor cover was carried out,and the vibration modes of the motor cover at various resonant frequencies were obtained.The structural parts of the motor cover that are easily affected by vibration were revealed.Finally,the vibration suppression device of the motor was designed and the static analysis was conducted for its key components.Furthermore,the noise of the whole machine at different motor speeds was tested with a noise audiometer.The results show that the designed vibration suppression device can effectively suppress NVH and the maximum overall noise reduction is 4.5 dB.
