摘要
免疫检查点抑制剂(immune checkpoint inhibitors,ICIs)疗法是目前最重要的抗肿瘤治疗方法,但免疫治疗耐药现象严重影响着治疗效果。本文拟对免疫检查点抑制剂耐药相关机制和肠道微生物群与免疫检查点抑制剂耐药机制间的关系作一综述,以期通过改善肠道微生物群提高治疗敏感性缓解免疫治疗耐药现象,为解决免疫检查点抑制剂耐药探索出有效方法。
Immune checkpoint inhibitors is currently the most important anti-tumor therapy,but immunotherapy resistance affects the therapeutic effect.This article reviews the related mechanisms of immune checkpoint inhibitor resistance and the mechanisms of the relationship between gut microbiota and immune checkpoint inhibitor resistance.By improving gut microbiota to increase treatment sensitivity and alleviate immunotherapy resistance,an effective method has been explored to address immune checkpoint inhibitor resistance.
