新冠疫情下医院药师职业倦怠现状调查及分析

Investigation and analysis of job burnout among hospital pharmacists under the background of COVID-19

目的:了解新冠疫情环境下医院药师职业倦怠的现状,分析影响职业倦怠的因素,为医院防治职业倦怠政策的制定提供依据。方法:由自编一般人口学资料问题结合目前应用最广泛的职业倦怠调查通用量表(MBI-GS)以及2道开放式题目组成调查问卷,通过问卷星小程序发布,微信扫码填写、匿名提交,对有效回收的255名医院药师的问卷结果,运用SPSS 25软件进行统计分析。结果:本研究发现在新冠疫情环境下被调查药师的职业倦怠感较低,其中工作城市、年龄以及聘任方式是影响医院药师职业倦怠的主要因素。结论:在新冠疫情环境下,医院药师的自我效能感和主观幸福感增加可能是职业倦怠感较低的主要原因。

OBJECTIVE To understand the current situation of hospital pharmacists’job burnout in the context of the COVID-19,analyze the factors affecting job burnout,and provide a basis for the formulation of hospital policies to prevent job burnout.METHODS The questionnaire was composed of self-compiled general demographic data questions,the most widely used general scale of job burnout survey(MBI-GS)and two open-ended questions.It was released through the questionnaire star program,filled in by WeChat scanning code,and submitted anonymously.The questionnaire results of 255 hospital pharmacists who had been effectively recovered were statistically analyzed by using SPSS 25 software.RESULTS The study found that the surveyed pharmacists had a low sense of job burnout in the environment of the COVID-19.The working city,age and employment mode were the main factors affecting the job burnout of hospital pharmacists.CONCLUSION In the context of the COVID-19,the increase of self-efficacy and subjective well-being of hospital pharmacists may be the main reason for the low sense of job burnout.
