Nowadays,the bifurcated world order restricts the healthy operation of global industrial chains and global production networks face resource reallocation and structural readjustment.The blockchain technology has been applied in many real economy areas,bringing revolutionary impact on business models of traditional market and Internet platform.Its unique technical characteristics and operation mechanism can effectively solve the problems of high transaction costs,low cooperation efficiency and poor trust between trading parties caused by information asymmetry in the development of the real economy,empower high-quality development of the real economy by reshaping production relation,promote a new round of the reconstruction of global industrial chains and provide technical solutions to address global industrial governance issues.However,the restriction of a set of factors including underlying technology,governance mechanism and industrial ecology and the governance dilemma in the context of the reconstruction of global industrial chains exist in this process.To promote the deep integration of blockchain and the real economy,achieve better empowerment and improve the efficiency of global industrial governance,practical exploration must be carried out from five aspects:basic technology research and development,standard system construction,application scenario promotion,infrastructure investment and professional personnel training.
