中国心理学学科的现状与未来

Status Quo and Prospects of Psychology in China

心理学学科兼具自然科学和社会科学的属性,在国家经济社会发展和卫生健康事业中具有举足轻重的地位。由于研究对象的复杂性,心理学研究呈现多层次和多角度并存、分支学科越来越细的发展态势。近年来,借助神经科学、信息科学、医学和工程科学等学科的新技术和新方法,心理学与其他学科、心理学各个分支之间正在进行多层面的交叉融合。本文基于2018—2019年国家自然科学基金委员会生命科学部心理学学科发展战略调研报告,分析学科现状,发现我国心理学正处在发展的机遇期,同时面临着激烈的国际竞争。进一步完善顶层设计、加强人才队伍建设、鼓励富含中华文明与体现文化自信的心理学本土化研究、努力服务经济社会发展、重视科研范式变革新和研究技术开发、促进国际国内合作和多学科的交叉融合,将进一步夯实中国心理学的基础,使其更加卓越,以回馈人类社会进步和科学技术发展。

Psychology is a discipline that embodies the nature of both natural science and social science.This discipline serves national socioeconomic development,and human health and well-being by playing a crucial role.Due to the complexity of study object,psychology research presents as multi-level and multiangle features,with increasing specialized branches.The recent years have witnessed growing intersections between psychology and other disciplines,largely due to leveraging novel technologies and methodologies of neuroscience,information science,medical science and engineering science.Based on the results from the strategic investigation and research on the psychology discipline by the National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC)from 2018 to 2019,we retrospectively analyzed the submitted proposals and the funded grants,and found that the psychology discipline in China is confronted with a good opportunity for further development as well as fierce international competitions.Suggestions for future development of the discipline include but are not limited to:improvement of the top-level design,strengthening talent team construction,encouraging psychological research with Chinese characteristics and full of cultural confidence,meeting national needs and serving socioeconomic development,emphasizing the transformation of scientific research paradigm and the development of new research techniques,and promoting international collaboration and communication as well as multi-disciplinary convergence,which will further lay a good foundation for the discipline,make it outstanding,and better reciprocate the development of human society and science and technology.
