水性环氧树脂改性乳化沥青黏层材料的层间性能研究

摘要 为提升微表处混合料铺筑后抵抗行车制动造成剪切破坏,本文通过在普通乳化沥青中添加水性环氧树脂(WEP),研究其对普通乳化沥青性能的提升效果。结果表明:使用WEP改性乳化沥青作为黏层油,用量为0.6 kg/m^(2)时,层间抗剪强度最大,与原路面的黏结效果远优于SBS改性乳化沥青,同时用量还少于SBS改性乳化沥青;另外,在高温时WEP改性乳化沥青复数剪切模量、车辙因子均优于SBS改性乳化沥青。 In order to improve the resistance of micro surfacing mixture to service braking shear failure after paving,this paper studies the improvement effect on the performance of ordinary emulsified asphalt by adding waterborne epoxy resin(WEP)to ordinary emulsified asphalt.The results show that when the amount of WEP modified emulsified asphalt is 0.6 kg/m^(2),the interlayer shear strength is the largest,and the bonding effect with the original pavement is much better than that of SBS modified emulsified asphalt,and the amount is less than that of SBS modified emulsified asphalt;In addition,the complex shear modulus and rutting factor of WEP modified emulsified asphalt are better than those of SBS modified emulsified asphalt at high temperature.
