微表处施工技术在复杂交通路况中的适宜性探讨 被引量:1

摘要 微表处是在稀浆封层基础上发展起来的预防性养护方法。近年来在我国南方公路交通领域广泛使用,北方部分地区也逐步开始推广,并得到社会和专业人士认可。2017年和2018年北京五环路专项工程路面病害预防性养护施工也采用dB60微表处施工技术,由于北京五环路交通较为特殊,五环路按等级分应为高速公路,按功能地位应该为快速路。五环路道路交通情况复杂,不同段落交通流和拥堵情况差异较大,在微表处施工前期做了大量技术准备工作,但是实际施工中由于交通道路情况的复杂性,也带来较多问题。本篇论文以北京五环路微表处施工特点,了解微表处施工控制环节,深入探讨复杂交通路况下,对微表处成型质量的影响和技术要点的分析。 Micro-surface is a preventive maintenance method developed on the basis of slurry seal.In recent years,it has been widely used in the field of highway transportation in southern my country,and has gradually begun to be promoted in some northern regions,and has been recognized by the society and professionals.In 2017 and 2018,the preventive maintenance of pavement diseases of the Beijing Fifth Ring Road Special Project also adopted the dB60 micro-surface construction technology.Due to the special traffic of Beijing Fifth Ring Road,the Fifth Ring Road should be classified as a highway according to its grade,and it should be classified according to its functional status.for the expressway.The road traffic situation of the Fifth Ring Road is complex,and the traffic flow and congestion of different sections are quite different.A lot of technical preparations have been done in the early stage of the construction of the micro-surface.However,due to the complexity of the traffic road conditions in the actual construction,it also brings many problems..In this paper,based on the construction characteristics of the micro-surface on the Fifth Ring Road in Beijing,we understand the construction control link of the micro-surface,and deeply discuss the influence on the forming quality of the micro-surface and the analysis of the technical points under the complex traffic conditions.
