Application of Splicing Construction Technology of New and Old Bridge in Expressway Expansion Project

为探究高速公路扩建工程中新旧桥梁拼接施工技术的应用,同时保证桥梁拼接施工质量,以沈阳至海口国家高速公路水口至白沙段改扩建工程T1标高速公路桥梁拼接工程项目为研究对象针对新旧桥梁复杂的拼接施工技术开展了研究。主要探讨了小跨径桥梁、单孔空心板桥以及多孔桥梁拼接施工的关键技术,并对新旧桥梁相关部件的拼接施工技术进行了介绍,然后对临时拼接和永久拼接施工要点进行了介绍,重点对拼接方案的确定、附属设施的设置以及质量保证措施等技术环节进行了分析。

In order to explore the application of new and old bridge splicing construction technology in expressway expansion project and ensure the quality of bridge splicing construction,the T1 standard expressway bridge splicing project of Shenyang-Haikou National Expressway Shuikou to Baisha Section Reconstruction and Expansion Project was used as the research object to study the complex splicing construction technology of new and old bridges.The key technologies of splicing construction of small-span bridges,single-hole hollow slab bridges and perforated bridges were mainly discussed,and the splicing construction technology of related components of new and old bridges was introduced,and then the key points of temporary splicing and permanent splicing construction were introduced,focusing on the determination of splicing schemes,the setting of ancillary facilities and quality assurance measures.
