多探测器联合的箱式货车防火系统设计

Design of Fire Protection System for Box Truck with Multiple Detectors

除本身外,箱式货车因为所运载货物总体价值较高,物品变化较大,对火情快速可靠探测并做出相应处理尤为重要。通过对货车车厢内发生火灾特点加以分析,研究对火情信号智能识别及处理策略,以嵌入式系统为智能控制核心,采用火焰探测器与温湿度传感器等多传感器联合探测,实现了对车厢内火情快速数据采集、识别、报警智能启动灭火,完成人机交互、远程控制管理等功能。经过反复验证,系统达到设计要求,进而对货车车厢防火系统的改进提出展望。

In addition,because the overall value of the goods carried by the box truck is high and the goods change greatly,it is particularly important to detect and deal with the fire quickly and reliably.Through the analysis of the characteristics of the fire in the truck compartment,the intelligent identification and processing strategy of the fire signal is studied.With the embedded system as the intelligent control core,the flame detector,temperature and humidity sensor and other multi-sensor joint detection are used,it has realized rapid data collection,identification,alarm and intelligent fire extinguishing,completed human-computer interaction,remote control management and other functions.After repeated verification,the system meets the design requirements.
