网络舆情研究现状分析

Network Public Opinion Research Status Analysis

对国内网络舆情研究现状进行分析,旨在帮助相关领域学者把握研究热点和发展方向。首先对网络舆情的特点、文本挖掘技术以及自然语言处理技术在网络舆情中的应用进行介绍;其次把网络舆情研究分为舆情反转、基于主题检测、机器学习、情感分析以及其他舆情方向并分析研究;最后,使用CiteSpace对近几年舆情相关文献从关键词突现、共现的方面进行可视化展现。结果表明,近几年网络舆情研究中深度学习为热点分析技术,情感分析、舆情监测是热点研究方向。通过对舆情现状研究分析,为进一步开展网络舆情研究提供参考。

The research status of domestic online public opinion is analyzed in order to help scholars in related fields grasp the research hotspot and development direction.Firstly,the characteristics of network public opinion,text mining technology and the application of natural language processing technology in network public opinion are introduced.Secondly,the research of online public opinion is divided into public opinion reversal,subject-based detection,machine learning,sentiment analysis and other directions of public opinion.Finally,CiteSpace is used to visualize the emergence and co-emergence of key words in literatures related to public opinion in recent years.The results show that in recent years,deep learning is the hot analysis technology,emotion analysis and public opinion monitoring are the hot research directions.Through the research and analysis of the current situation of public opinion,it provides reference for further research on network public opinion.
