摘要 针对纺织机械制造企业生产加工过程中,车间产生的大数据管理问题,对企业内部数据流和信息流进行整合,结合车间数据特点,建立多源异构数据管理模型。为解决车间大数据存在的集成、传递和共享问题,提出大数据融合架构,构建多源异构大数据集成存储模型,实现大数据的集成与共享。设计并开发了车间大数据管理平台,对生产中的权限进行可重构操作,实现生产权限的管理,对生产流程进行监控,实现可视化监控,在企业实际应用中取得良好成效。 Aiming at the management of big data generated in the workshop during the production and processing of textile machinery manufacturing enterprises,the internal data flow and information flow of the enterprise are integrated,and the multi-source heterogeneous data management model is established based on the characteristics of workshop data.In order to solve the problems of integration,transmission and sharing of workshop big data,a big data fusion architecture is proposed,a multi-source heterogeneous big data integration storage model is built,and the integration and sharing of big data is realized in this paper.A workshop big data management platform is designed and developed to conduct reconfigurable operations on the authority in production,realize the management of production authority,monitor the production process,and achieve visual monitoring.Good results have been achieved in the practical application of enterprises.
