摘要
酿酒酵母是酿酒发酵的重要菌种,是酵母菌中研究最广泛的一类。酿酒酵母具有改善动物肠道菌群稳态和降低动物炎症反应等功能,对动物生长性能和健康有积极的作用。饲粮中添加酿酒酵母可改善兔和猪生长性能,满足消费者对兔和猪肉品质的需求。本文主要综述了酿酒酵母在兔和猪饲料中的应用及其对兔和猪生长性能、肠道菌群稳态和免疫性能的影响,以期为兔和猪日粮中添加酿酒酵母提供理论依据。
Saccharomyces cerevisiae is an important strain of wine fermentation,and it is the most widely studied type of yeast.How to improve the growth performance of rabbits and pigs by adding Saccharomyces cerevisiae in the feed is of great significance to meet the needs of consumers for rabbit meat and pork.Recent studies have shown that Saccharomyces cerevisiae has the characteristics of improving the homeostasis of animal intestinal flora and reducing animal inflammatory responses,and has a positive effect on animal growth performance and health.Therefore,it has received extensive attention in livestock production.This article reviews the application of Saccharomyces cerevisiae in rabbit and pig feed,as well as the effects on growth performance,intestinal flora homeostasis and immune performance of rabbits and pigs,in order to provide a theory for adding Saccharomyces cerevisiae to animal diets in accordance with.
