摘要
羊毛是养殖业重要的畜产品,具有较高的经济价值。角蛋白关联蛋白(KAPs)是羊毛纤维主要的蛋白质成分,包含诸多亚家族,构成了羊毛的主体,同时也决定了羊毛的各类经济性状。羊毛生长发育过程中角蛋白关联蛋白基因(KRTAPs)受到各种转录因子调控,KRTAPs表达具有高度的组织特异性和时空性,转录因子是KRTAPs表达的核心调控因素。本文主要从KAPs分类及其家族基因与羊毛性状的关系、转录因子AP-1的分类和功能以及KRTAPs启动子区域AP-1结合位点的预测等方面进行概述,以期为探究羊毛组分及其基因相关功能和羊毛性状的分子育种提供理论参考。
As an essential animal product in the breeding industry,wool has a great economic value.The keratin-associated proteins(KAPs)are the major protein component of wool fibres,consisting of multiple subfamilies that make up the main body of wool and also determine various economic characteristics of wool.Differential transcription factors control the genes encoding keratin-associated proteins throughout the growth and development of wool(KRTAPs).The transcriptional factors are key regulators of KRTAPs'expression,which is highly tissue-and spatiotemporally-specific.This paper provides an overview of the classification of KAPs and their family genes related to wool traits,the type and function of the transcription factor AP-1,and the prediction of AP-1 binding sites in the promoter region of KRTAPs,in order to provide a theoretical reference for investigating molecular breeding of wool components and their gene-related functions and wool traits.
