贝莱斯芽胞杆菌可产生抗微生物脂肽和聚酮、有益酶、黏附分子等代谢产物。作为饲料添加剂,贝莱斯芽胞杆菌可通过提高小肠绒毛高度及降低隐窝深度、增强酸性磷酸酶及碱性磷酸酶活性等机制促进动物生长;通过拮抗病原、增强机体抗氧化能力和调节动物免疫改善动物健康。本文综述了贝莱斯芽孢杆菌作为饲料添加剂对动物的益生作用,为该菌的科学应用提供参考。

Bacillus velezensis can produce antimicrobial lipopeptides and polyketides,beneficial enzymes,adhesion molecules and other metabolites.As a feed additive,B.velezensis can promote animal growth by increasing intestinal villus height and reducing crypt depth,enhancing activities of acid phosphatase and alkaline phosphatase.Improve animal health by antagonizing pathogens,enhancing antioxidant capacity and regulating animal immunity.This article reviews the prebiotic effects of B.velezensis as a feed additive on animals,and provides a reference for th e scientific application of B.velezensis.
