摘要
结构方程模型是对因子分析、路径分析、多元回归及方差分析等方法的综合运用和改进提高,最近十多年来广泛应用于各领域。我们以高校课程的教学评价为对象,选定教学评价作为潜因变量,学习收获、教学质量和教学效果作为潜自变量,确定了各潜变量之间的关系路径,为每个潜变量设置了相应的观测指标,进而建立了教学评价的结构方程模型,为课程的教学评价提供一种更为科学和全面的方法。
Structural equation model is a comprehensive application and improvement of factor analysis,path analy-sis,multiple regression analysis and variance analysis,which has been widely used in various fields in recent decade.This paper,taking the teaching evaluation of college courses as the object,and selecting teaching evaluation as the potential dependent variable and learning gains,teaching quality and teaching effects as the potential independent variables,determines the relationship path between the potential variables,sets up corresponding observation indica-tors for each potential variable,and then builds a structural equation model for teaching evaluation,hoping to provide a more scientific and comprehensive method for the teaching evaluation of courses.
