Influencing Factors,Coping Strategies and Path Choices for College Students'Returning to Countryside to Start Their Own Businesses

大学生返乡创业受到传统就业观念束缚、创业综合能力不足、创业筹资融资难以及乡村建设滞后等影响因素阻碍。为畅通大学生返乡创业通道,从大学生、高校和政府方面提出培养大学生创业观念、提高创业综合能力、加大创业筹资融资的优惠政策、提供良好的创业环境等应对策略。基于此,从生产新型农产品、农业规模化生产、发展乡村旅游业以及网络直销农产品等路径为大学生返乡创业提供选择。

College students'returning to the countryside to start their own businesses is hampered by such factors as the shackles of traditional employment concepts,insufficient comprehensive entrepreneurial ability,difficulty in entrepreneurial financing and lag in rural construction.In order to smooth the channel for college students to return the countryside and start their own businesses,some countermeasures are put forward such as cultivating college students'entrepreneurial ideas,improving their entrepreneurial ability,increasing preferential policies for entre-preneurial financing and providing a good entrepreneurial environment from the aspects of college students,univer-sities and the government.Based on this,the path choices are provided for college students to return to the country-side and start their own businesses from the aspects of the production of new agricultural products,large-scale agri-cultural production,development of rural tourism and online direct marketing of agricultural products.
