摘要
青年教师是地方高校教师队伍中充满活力、充满希望的优质群体,他们的创新能力在一定程度上决定着今后五至十五年地方高校服务地方的能力和水平。如何充分激发青年教师动力,开展有价值、有意义、高质量的科技创新活动,是当前地方高校亟须重视的关键问题。地方高校要从内因和外因着手,分析青年教师融入区域创新的现状,改革相关体制机制,形成推动青年教师融入区域创新的合力。
Young teachers with vitality and hope are a high-quality group of local university teachers,whose innovative ability determines the ability and level of local universities to serve the local community in the next five to fifteen years to a certain extent.How to fully stimulate young teachers'motivation and carry out valuable,meaningful and high-quality scientific and technological innovation activities are the key issues at present that local universities need to pay attention to.Local universities should start from internal and external causes,analyze the current situation of young teachers'integration into regional innovation,and reform relevant systems and mechanisms,so as to form a joint force to promote young teachers'integration into regional innovation.
