基于分时养老模式的乡村共享空间适宜性设计策略

SUITABILITY DESIGN STRATEGY OF RURAL SHARED SPACE BASED ON TIME-SHARING RETIREMENT MODE

文章结合我国社会发展面临的人口老龄化现象,提出将传统养老模式与分时度假模式相结合的“分时养老模式”,并以此为基础探索乡村共享空间的适宜性设计策略。通过将居住时长划分短期、中期、长期三个层级,文章定义了共享空间、共享生活、共享建造三种分时养老方式。在此基础上,作者们分析了针对老年人养老需求的共享空间设计原则,并提出了“重组空间、重塑风貌、重建设施”的空间设计策略,旨在通过提供多元活动场所、保护地域特色文化、提升宜居生活品质,改善现有的养老环境,并为我国未来乡村养老模式的发展提供参考方向。

The paper proposes a“time-sharing retirement mode”that combines the traditiona1 retirement mode with the time-sharing vacation mode,and exp1ores the suitabi1ity design strategy for rura1 shared spaces based on this mode.By dividing the 1ength of residence into short-term,medium-term,and 1ong-term,the authors define three types of time-sharing retirement 1iving:shared space,shared 1iving,and shared construction.On this basis,the authors ana1yze the princip1es of shared space design for the e1der1y,s needs,and propose the spatia1 design strategy of“reorganizing space,reshaping 1andscape,and rebui1ding faci1ities”.The design strategy aims to improve the existing retirement environment and provide a reference direction for the future deve1opment of the rura1 retirement mode in China through the design of rural public space that provides multiple activity places,preserves the culture of regional characteristics and improves the quality of living.
