混合动力汽车机电复合制动系统控制研究

摘要 针对HEV(Hybrid Electric Vehicle)机电复合制动系统的时变非线性和动态响应差异问题,提出一种基于Agent的机电复合制动系统协同控制方法。构建机械制动Agent和电机Agent等组成的机电复合制动系统,在满足ECE法规下,充分考虑复合制动系统的动态特性差异,依据Agent间的交互协同策略,在MATLAB/Simulink中搭建复合制动系统结构模型,对机械制动力和再生制动力进行智能化定量分配,并嵌入ADVISOR进行联合仿真。结果表明,机电复合制动系统能有效完成各Agent间的感知协作,整车制动稳定性、系统自适应能力有效改善,制动效能显著提升。 Aiming at the time-varying nonlinearity and dynamic response difference of HEV electromechanical composite braking system,an Agent-based collaborative control method for HEV electromechanical composite braking system was proposed.A mechanical and electrical composite braking system composed of mechanical braking Agent and motor Agent was constructed.Under the ECE regulations,the dynamic characteristics of the composite braking system are fully considered,and the structure model of the composite braking system is designed and built in MATLAB/Simulink according to the interaction and cooperation strategy between agents.The mechanical braking force and regenerative braking force were intelligently and quantitatively distributed,and the ADVISOR was embedded for co-simulation.The results show that the mechatronic composite braking system can effectively complete the perception cooperation among agents,effectively improve the vehicle braking stability and system adaptive ability,and significantly improve the braking efficiency.
