摘要
针对信创项目用户分散、需求变化大、多项目并行、工期短堵点多、应用系统复杂、软硬件适配难度大、产品迭代快等特点,阐述信创项目全生命周期知识库的构建方法,勾勒信创知识库的内容框架体系,分析信创项目全生命周期知识库的优越性和局限性,并针对其局限性提出未来信创项目全周期知识库完善的建议和构想,提升信创项目管理的质量和成效,为信创行业的生态发展提供有力支撑。
In view of the characteristics of ITAI projects,such as scattered users,large demand changes,multiple projects in parallel,short construction period with many blockages,complex application systems,difficult software and hardware adaptations,and fast product iterations,the construction method of ITAI projects whole lifecycle knowledge base is explained,the content framework system of ITAI projects knowledge base is outlined,and the superiority and limitations of ITAI projects whole lifecycle knowledge base are analyzed.And in response to its limitations,suggestions and ideas for improving the knowledge base throughout the entire lifecycle of future information and innovation projects were proposed to enhance the quality and effectiveness of information and innovation project management,providing strong support for the ecological development of the information and innovation industry.
