急性上消化道出血的急诊处理与内镜下诊疗进展

Progress in emergency management and endoscopic diagnosis and treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding

上消化道出血是临床常见急重症。急性、快速、大量出血时病情危重,病死率高,需要接诊医生及时评估病情并予急诊处理。急诊内镜是上消化道出血治疗的一线方式,可明确病因,迅速止血。本综述主要归纳了上消化道出血的病情评估、内镜前急诊处理、内镜下治疗方案,为接诊医生提供诊疗指导,普及急性上消化道出血急诊救治快速通道的临床实践。

Upper gastrointestinal bleeding is a common acute and severe condition in clinic.Acute,rapid,massive bleeding is critical,with a high mortality rate,and requires immediate assessment and emergency treatment by the attending physician.Emergency endoscopic therapy is the first-line treatment for upper gastrointestinal bleeding,which can identify the cause and stop bleeding quickly.This review mainly summarizes the condition assessment,pre-endoscopic emergency treatment,and endoscopic treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding,so as to provide diagnosis and treatment guidance for attending doctors and popularize the clinical practice of rapid emergency treatment for acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
