摘要
屎肠球菌是一种具有多种益生特性的乳酸菌,在农业农村部第318号公告中被列为可以作为饲料添加剂的菌株之一。近年来,屎肠球菌产品在家禽养殖方面的研究与应用多见报道。随着政府替抗限抗政策的颁发、执行以及行业对微生物添加剂生物安全性的关注,有必要对屎肠球菌的替抗作用、应用效果、产品安全性等做进一步探讨。本文从屎肠球菌的生物学特性、在家禽养殖中的应用和益生机理、生物安全性等方面进行了综述,并对屎肠球菌产品的应用前景进行了展望。
Enterococcus faecium is a kind of lactic acid bacteria with multiple probiotic properties,which is listed as one of the strains that can be used as feed additives in No.318 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.In recent years,the research and application of E.faecium products in poultry breeding have been widely reported.With the promulgation and implementation of the government's resistance limiting policy and the industry's attention to the biosafety of microbial additives,it is necessary to further explore the resistance effect,application effect and product safety of E.faecium.In this paper,the biological characteristics,application in poultry breeding,probiotic mechanism and biological safety of E.faecium were reviewed,and the application prospect of E.faecium products was prospected.
