摘要 表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)是分离自茶叶的儿茶素单体,作为茶叶茶多酚的重要组成成分,其在抗病毒、抗氧化、抗炎、抗肿瘤等多个方面的功效都已得到研究证实。本文主要针对于近些年EGCG的抗病毒作用和机理进行总结,以期为含有EGCG成分的抗病毒药物的进一步开发提供参考。 Epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG)is a catechin monomer isolated from tea.As an important component of tea polyphenol,its antiviral,antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor and other aspects of the efficacy have been confirmed by research.This article mainly summarized the antiviral effects of EGCG and their possible mechanisms in recent years,in order to provide a reference for the further development of antiviral drugs containing EGCG.
