摘要
为研究药物驱虫对伊犁马血清中激素和免疫相关指标的影响,试验选择未感染寄生虫的伊犁马为对照I组(健康组),以感染寄生虫但未驱虫的伊犁马为对照Ⅱ组(未驱虫感染组),以感染寄生虫并驱虫的伊犁马为试验组(试验组因驱虫药物不同分为试验I组、试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组),并对上述伊犁马血清中相关指标进行了测定。结果发现:对照Ⅱ组在雌二醇(E2),睾酮(T),生长激素(GH),胆碱酯酶(CHE),碱性磷酸酶(ALP)水平上均高于对照I组,分别提高7.00%(P> 0.05)、10.19%(P> 0.05)、1.97%(P> 0.05)、15.70%(P> 0.05)和300.8%(P <0.01)。对照Ⅱ组在甲状腺素(T4),胰岛素(INS),谷氨酰胺转移酶(γ-GT)水平上均低于对照I组,分别下降5.85%(P> 0.05)、14.77%(P>0.05)、36.91%(P <0.01)。试验组和对照Ⅱ组相比,驱虫后GH、T4、INS、γ-GT、ALP水平均呈上升趋势(P> 0.05),而T和CHE水平呈下降趋势(P> 0.05)。试验组和对照I组相比,INS水平降低,但两组间差异不显著(P> 0.05),γ-GT水平呈极显著性下降(P <0.01)。试验组和对照I组相比,T、GH、T4、CHE水平均呈上升趋势(P> 0.05),ALP水平呈极显著性上升(P <0.01)。对照Ⅱ组与对照I组相比,IgG、IgM、Ig A含量降低,但两组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验组和对照Ⅱ组相比,IgG、IgM、IgA含量降低,两组间差异也不显著(P> 0.05)。综上,驱虫在一定程度上可抑制GH的分泌,提高INS、T4、γ-GT、IgG、IgM、IgA水平,有利于机体健康相关指标的恢复,但药物安全性、有效性及驱虫时机须重点关注。
The purpose of this experiment consists of study the effect of insecticide treatment on serum hormone and immune indexes of Yili horses.In the experiment,Yili horses without parasites were selected as the control group I(healthy group),and Yili horses with parasites but without anthelmintic treatment were selected as the control groupⅡ(infection group without anthelmintic treatment).Yili horses with parasites and with anthelmintic treatment were selected as the test group(the test group was divided into test group I,test groupⅡand test groupⅢdue to different anthelmintic drugs),and the relevant indexes in the serum of the above Yili horses were determined.The results showed that the levels of estradiol(E2),testosterone(T),growth hormone(GH),cholinesterase(CHE)and alkaline phosphatase(ALP)in control groupⅡwere higher than those in control group I,increasing by 7.00%(P>0.05),10.19%(P>0.05),1.97%(P>0.05),15.70%(P>0.05)and 300.8%(P<0.01)respectively.The level of thyroxine(T4),insulin(INS),glutamine transferase(γ-GT)in the control groupⅡwas lower than that of control group I,with a decrease of 5.85%(P>0.05),14.77%(P>0.05)and 36.91%(P<0.01)respectively.Compared with control groupⅡ,after anthelmintic treatment there was no significant increase inγ-GT and ALP levels(P>0.05),and no significant decrease in T and CHE levels(P>0.05).Compared with the control group I,INS in the test group did not decrease significantly(P>0.05),γ-GT decreased significantly(P<0.01).Compared with the control group I,T,GH,T4,CHE in the test group showed no significant increase(P>0.05),while ALP showed a very significant increase(P<0.01).Compared with control group I,the IgG,IgM and IgA of control groupⅡshowed no significant decrease(P>0.05).The IgG,IgM and IgA of the test group were not significantly decreased compared with the control groupⅡ(P>0.05).The results suggested that the insecticide could inhibit the secretion of GH to a certain extent and effectively increase the level of INS,T4 andγ-GT.Insect repellent was useful to the recovery of relevant indicators of body health to some extent,but the safety,effectiveness and feeding timing of drugs should be focused.
