摘要
为研究过瘤胃葡萄糖(RPG)对泌乳早期奶牛产奶量以及血清生化指标的影响,试验将64头年龄、胎次、泌乳量接近,产后11~19 d奶牛随机分为对照组、150 g RPG组、225 g RPG组和300 g RPG组,试验周期7 d。结果表明:在试验第7天,300 g RPG组较对照组平均产奶量显著增加15.99%(P<0.05);225 g RPG组和300 g RPG组与对照组相比血糖水平极显著增加53.39%和107.62%(P<0.01);300 g RPG组血清β-羟丁酸水平较对照组降低81.81%(P<0.05);各试验组乳成分差异均不显著(P>0.05);300 g RPG组产奶利润有所增长,增长为8.87元/d。上述试验表明,饲喂RPG 300 g/(d·cow)时,对奶牛健康和养殖场效益最有利。
In order to study the effect of rumen-protected glucose(RPG)on milk production and serum biochemical indexes of dairy cows in early lactation.A total of 64 dairy cows with similar age,parity,and milk production,and postpartum 11~19 days were randomly divided into control group,150 g RPG group,225 g RPG and 300 g RPG group,and the test period was 7 days.The results showed that on the 7th day of the experiment,compared with the control group,the average milk yield of 300 g RPG group was increased by 15.99%respectively(P<0.05).The blood glucose level in the 225 g RPG group and the 300 g RPG group was increased by 53.39%and 107.62%respectively(P<0.01);the serumβ-hydroxybutyrate in the 300 g RPG group was decreased by 81.81%respectively(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in milk composition between the experimental groups(P>0.05);The profit from milk production of the 300 g RPG group was increased by 8.87 RMB/d.The above experiments suggested that the feeding of RPG 300 g/(d·cow)was the most beneficial to the health of dairy cows and pasture benefits.
