摘要
抗生素滥用和鱼粉价格上涨严重制约了水产养殖业的发展,黑水虻(Hermetia illucens L.)幼虫抗菌肽具有广泛的生物活性,可替代抗生素作为高效环保的饲料添加剂,黑水虻幼虫粉营养丰富、蛋白含量高又可作为替代鱼粉的优质原料。本文综述了黑水虻幼虫的生物特性及其在水产动物饲料中的应用,提出了黑水虻幼虫在产业化生产和水产饲料中的应用前景和问题。
Antibiotic abuse and rising fishmeal prices have severely restricted the development of aquaculture industry.The black soldier fly(Hermetia illucens L.)larvae have a wide range of biological activities and can replace antibiotics as an efficient and environmentally friendly feed additive.The black soldier fly larvae are rich in nutrients and high in protein content and can be used as a high-quality raw material to replace fishmeal.This paper reviewd the biological features of black soldier fly larvae and its application in aquatic animal feed,and presented the prospects and problems for the application of black soldier fly larvae in industrial production and aquatic feeds.
