调查核实是检察行政公益诉讼办案过程中的重要一环。检察机关在依法行使调查核实权过程中,调查方法不断规范,公益受损事实认定更加精准,但仍存在若干实践运行阻碍。应进一步完善相关制度设计,更好地促进检察机关依法履行公益诉讼职责。

Investigation and verification is an important part of the procuratorial administrative public interest litigation process.In the process of exercising the investigation and verification power in accordance with the law,the procuratorial organs have standardized the investigation methods continuously and identified the facts of public interest damage more accurately,but there are still some obstacles to practical operation.The relevant system design should be further improved to better promote the procuratorial organs to perform public interest litigation duties in accordance with the law.
