淋巴结清扫是食管癌根治术中至关重要的部分之一。近些年食管癌外科朝着精准化、微创化和个性化方向发展,安全有效的淋巴结清扫成为外科医生追求的热点方向。由于食管淋巴系统特点以及吲哚菁绿荧光成像技术在实体恶性肿瘤中成功应用,相关技术现也逐渐应用于食管癌根治术中。在不同时期的食管癌淋巴结清扫中发挥出明显的优势,取得的良好临床应用效果。本文通过回顾既往相关研究,对吲哚菁绿近红外荧光成像技术在食管癌淋巴结清扫的应用进行阐述。

Lymph node dissection is one of the most important parts in radical resection of esophageal cancer.In recent years,esophageal cancer surgery has been developing in the direction of precision,minimally invasive angd personalized,and safe and effective lymph node dissection has become a hot direction pursued by surgeons.Due to the characteristics of esophageal lymphatic system and the successful application of indocyanine green fluorescence imaging in solid malignant tumors.the related technique is gradually used in radical resection of esophageal cancer,It shows obvious advantages in lymph node dissection of esophageal cancer in different periods,and good clinical results have been achieved.This article reviews the research progress of the application of indocyanine green near infrared fluorescence imaging in lymph node dissection of esophageal cancer and describe its application in lymph node dissection for esophageal cancer.
