中国甜菜钾素营养研究文献计量分析

Quantitative Analysis of the Literature on Potassium Nutrition in Sugarbeet in China

摘要 为了解中国甜菜在钾素方面的营养研究现状及发展态势,本文基于中国知网数据库(CNKI)和万方数据库,采用文献计量的方法,对我国发表于1977-2022年间的有关甜菜钾素营养研究的论文进行梳理,并对其发文数量、发文机构、期刊来源等情况进行统计分析.结果显示,共有112篇文献符合要求,研究主要集中在含糖率、产量、光合速率三方面,研究机构主要集中在东北地区,其中黑龙江大学发文数量最多.文章主要刊发在《中国甜菜糖业》、《中国糖料》期刊.近几年发文量较多,且研究热点主要集中在甜菜块根产量上.总体上看,对中国甜菜在钾素方面研究的文章数量较少,还需广大科研工作者加大研究实践. In order to understand the current situation and development trend of potassium nutrition research in sugarbeet in China,this article,based on the China Knowledge Network database and Wanfang database,uses the method of literature metrology to sort out the domestic papers on potassium nutrition research in sugarbeet published between 1977-2022,and conducts a statistical analysis of the number of papers published,institu-tions,and journal sources.The results showed that a total of 112 articles met the requirements,with research mainly focused on sugar content,yield,and photosynthetic rate.Research institutions were mainly concentrated in the northeast region,with Heilongjiang University posting the largest number of articles.The article is mainly published in the journals"China Beet Sugar Industry"and"China Sugar Ingredients".In recent years,there has been a large number of publications,and the research focus has gradually shifted to the yield of sugar beet root tubers.Overall,there are few articles on potassium research in Chinese sugar beets,and it is still necessary for scientific researchers to increase their research practice.
