高寒地区甜菜制糖生产节能工作探索与应用

Exploration and Application for energy saving work in sugar beet production in high cold regions

摘要 本文从分析能源输入、转化、输出入手,剖析制糖生产能源传递及耗损的过程,并结合国内外的节能技术,介绍了保温防护、提高传热效率、减缓能量衰减,以及充分利用低值热源、管控生产过程加水稀释等节能技术手段.同时也介绍了容易被忽略的制糖配属石灰窑和颗粒粕车间的节能管理技术.晟通糖业在建设及运行过程采取这些节能措施,节能效果明显. This article starts with the analysis of energy input,conversion,and output,analyzes the ways of energy transmission and consumption in sugar production,and combines energy-saving technologies at home and abroad to introduce heat preservation and protection,improve heat transfer efficiency,and slow down the attenuation of sources;And make full use of low value heat sources,control production processes,add water to dilute,and other technical means.At the same time,it also introduces the energy saving management experience of sugar preparation,lime kiln and particle meal workshop,which are easily ignored.Shengtong Sugar Industry has taken these energy-saving measures during the construction and operation process,with obvious energy-saving effects.
