EGFR、Her-2及VEGF在结直肠癌组织中的表达及对患者治疗效果的影响

Expression of EGFR,Her-2,VEGF in colorectal cancer tissues and influence on patient prognosis

目的 检测EGFR、Her-2及VEGF在结直肠癌患者癌组织中的蛋白表达情况,探讨上述因子在结直肠癌患者癌组织的病理表达特征及对患者预后的影响。方法 选取2018年1月至2019年12月期间在河南理工大学第一附属医院(焦作市第二人民医院)施行结直肠癌根治术60例患者的标本资料进行前瞻性研究,采用免疫组化法(PowerVision二步法)检测EGFR、Her-2及VEGF在新鲜结直肠癌组织标本中的表达特征。结果 EGFR、Her-2、VEGF在癌组织中的表达与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤直径及肿瘤位置无相关性,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);而与肿瘤分化程度、淋巴结有无转移、侵袭深度有关,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 EGFR、Her-2及VEGF在结直肠癌患者癌组织中呈高表达状态,与肿瘤的分化程度及TNM分期均有密切关系,并且在结直肠癌病情发展过程中具有协同作用;三者联合检测对患者预后的判断具有重要意义。

Objective To detect the protein expression of ECFR,VEGF and Her-2 in colorectal cancer tissues,investigate the pathological expression characteristics of these factors in colorectal cancer tssues and influence on patient prognosis.Methods Follow the design principles of prospective study summary,60 cases during the period from January 2018 to December 2019 with colorectal cancer and underwent operative treatment were selected;the expression characteristics of EGFR,Her-2 and VECF in fresh colorectal cancer tissue samples were detected.Results There was no significant correlation between the expression of ECFR,Her-2 and VEGF and the gender,age,tumor size and tumor location of the patients(P>0.05);they were correlated to a certain extent about the degree of differentiation,lymph node metastasis and invasion depth of the tumor(P<0.05).Conclusion EGFR,Her-2 and VECF are highly expressed in the cancer tissues of colorectal cancer patients;it is closely related to the degree of tumor differentiation and TNM stage;moreover,it has a synergistic effect in the invasion and metastasis of colorectal cancer;the combined detection of the three is of great significance to the prognosis of patients.
