桂西地区妇女子宫颈癌筛查认知度现状调查及影响因素分析

Investigation on the Status Quo of Women’s Awareness of Cervical Cancer Screening in Western Guangxi and Analysis of Its Influencing Factors

目的通过横断面调查了解桂西地区妇女对子宫颈癌筛查认知度,分析其影响因素,明确该地区妇女的子宫颈癌认知现状,并制定实施针对性干预措施,为当地有效开展子宫颈癌预防提供参考。方法选取2022年5—8月右江民族医学院附属医院健康管理中心进行普通体检的桂西地区妇女共计300名,采用《子宫颈癌知识认知问卷表》进行问卷调查,并进行影响因素分析。结果该人群的年龄、婚姻状况、教育水平、职业、家庭人均月收入与其子宫颈癌认知水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);该人群的民族类别与其子宫颈癌认知水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,该人群的年龄、教育水平、职业、家庭人均月收入对子宫颈癌认知水平产生影响作用。结论桂西地区妇女子宫颈癌筛查认知度水平较低,未来需要提供针对性的干预措施,提升该地区妇女对子宫颈癌知识的认知程度。

Objective Through a cross-sectional survey to understand women’s awareness of cervical cancer screening in western Guangxi,analyze its influencing factors,clarify the status quo of women’s awareness of cervical cancer in this area,and formulate and implement targeted intervention measures for local effective Provide a scientific basis for cervical cancer prevention.Methods A total of 300 women in western Guangxi were selected for general physical examination at the health management center of the Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities from May to August 2022.The"Cervical Cancer Knowledge Awareness Questionnaire"was used to conduct a questionnaire survey,and the influencing factors were analyzed.Results The age,marital status,education level,occupation,family per capita monthly income of this group had statistically significant differences with their cervical cancer cognition level(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between the ethnic group and their cervical cancer cognition level(P>0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the age,education level,occupation,and per capita monthly income of the group had an impact on the cognitive level of cervical cancer.Conclusion Women in western Guangxi have a low level of awareness of cervical cancer screening,and it is necessary to provide targeted interventions in the future to improve women's awareness of cervical cancer in this area.
