员工援助计划对医务人员心理健康管理的作用分析

摘要 公立医院是我国医疗服务的主体,医务人员是能够保证医院发挥出其所具有功能作用的根本前提和重要载体。近年来,医疗行业不断改革创新,作为高风险和高强度脑力、体力劳动的职业,医务人员面临着巨大的压力,包括生理和心理上的负担,这些压力如果没有得到有效缓解和释放,必然会对医务人员心理健康带来很大的影响。为此,本文将针对员工援助计划对医务人员心理健康的作用进行分析,首先明确员工援助计划定义,再结合当前医务人员心理健康管理现状与影响因素提出几点如何有效发挥员工援助计划对医务人员心理健康管理作用的策略建议,以期能够为现代医疗事业发展和提高医疗人员心理健康水平提供帮助。 The hospital is a special organization that provides health services to people.The health of medical staff is the fundamental prerequisite and important carrier that can ensure that the hospital performs its functions.In recent years,the medical industry has continued to reform and innovate.As a high-risk and high-intensity mental work occupation,medical personnel are facing tremendous pressure,including physical risks and psychological burdens.If these pressures are not effectively relieved and released,it will be inevitable.It will have a great impact on the mental health of medical staff.To this end,this article will carefully analyze the role of the employee assistance program on the mental health of medical staff.First,the definition of the employee assistance program will be clarified,and then combined with the current status of medical staff mental health management and the analysis of influencing factors,several points will be put forward on how to effectively give full play to employees.The assistance Program provides strategic suggestions for the management of medical staff’s mental health,with the hope that it can provide a little help for the development of modern medical undertakings and the improvement of the mental health of medical staff.
