传染病预防与控制对于学校卫生管理的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Infectious Disease Prevention and Control on School Health Management

目的分析在学校卫生管理中,应用传染病预防与控制措施对学校卫生管理的效果。方法以2020年5月—2022年6月三明学院附属小学的2051名学生为管理对象,10名教师作为管理人员。2020年5月—2021年5月该校应用的是常规传染病预防与管控措施(常规措施);于2021年6月—2022年6月该校应用的优化后的传染病预防与管理措施(优化措施)。比较不同时期下学校卫生管理工作质量与学校突发卫生事件的发生情况。结果优化措施下的卫生管理工作指标(传染病管理组织、卫生管理制度实施、传染疫情报告情况、学生预防接种证查验及校卫生保健室管理)评分均高于常规措施时的评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。优化措施下突发卫生事件发生率为1.17%(24/2051),低于常规措施下的6.39%(131/2051),差异有统计学意义(χ2=106.245,P<0.001)。结论在学校卫生管理中,应用传染病预防与控制措施既可提升学校的卫生管理措施,也可降低学校内部突发卫生事件的发生率,管理成效可观。

Objective To analyze the effect of applying infectious disease prevention and control measures in school health management.Methods A total of 2051 students from the primary school affiliated to Sanming University from May 2020 to June 2022 were selected as management objects,and 10 teachers were selected as management personnel.The school applies conventional infectious disease prevention and control measures(conventional measures)from May 2020 to May 2021.The optimized infectious disease prevention and management measures(optimization measures)applied by the school from June 2021 to June 2022.To compare the quality of school health management and the occurrence of school health emergencies in different periods.Results The scores of health management indicators(infectious disease management organization,implementation of health management systems,reporting of infectious diseases,examination of student vaccination certificates,and management of school health care rooms)under optimized management measures were higher than those under conventional management measures,with significant data comparison(P<0.05).The incidence of health emergencies under optimal measures was 1.17%(24/2051),lower than that under conventional measures 6.39%(131/2051),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=106.245,P<0.001).Conclusion In school health management,the application of infectious disease prevention and control measures can not only improve school health management measures,but also reduce the incidence of internal health emergencies in schools,with significant management results.
