摘要
目的通过对医院新入职医务人员的人事档案管理中的信息统计和职业规划现状的调查,分析职业规划相关的影响因素,合理进行职工的职业生涯规划管理。方法研究2022年1—12月134名新入职人员基本信息,采用问卷调查形式对新入职医务人员进行职业规划情况的调查,并提出应对举措和政策支持。结果医院新入职医务人员职业规划滞后,职业发展目标不明确。新入职医务人员对职业规划重视程度、看重职业发展的期望、个人深造和培训需求等都是成为影响职业生涯规划发展的重要因素。结论公立医院医务人员管理制度建设、职业规划管理专业人员梯队建设不容忽视,引导新入职医务人员进行职业规划、激发员工内在潜力、促进职业发展目标、是推进公立医院高质量发展的重要环节。
Objective Through the investigation of the information statistics and the current situation of career planning in the personnel file management of new medical staff in the hospital,the influencing factors related to career planning are analyzed,and the career planning management of staff is reasonably carried out.Methods Studying the basic information of 134 new medical staff from January to December 2022,we survey the career planning of new medical staff in the form of questionnaire,and propose countermeasures and policy support.Results The career planning of newly recruited medical personnel in hospitals lags behind,and their career development goals are unclear.The level of emphasis on career planning,expectations for career development,personal education,and training needs of newly hired medical personnel,etc.are all important factors that affect the development of career planning.Conclusion The construction of medical staff management system and professional echelon of career planning and management in public hospitals can not be ignored.Guiding new medical staff to carry out career planning,stimulating the internal potential of employees,and promoting career development goals are important links to promote the high-quality development of public hospitals.
