生理盐水穴位注射联合中药封包治疗肾绞痛的临床分析

Clinical Analysis on the Treatment of Renal Colic by Acupoint Injection of Normal Saline Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine Packaging

目的研究生理盐水穴位注射联合中药封包治疗肾绞痛的临床效果。方法选取甘肃省中医院于2020年1月—2021年2月收治的60例肾绞痛患者,采用双色球随机法分组,对照组(30例)和观察组(30例),对照组肾绞痛患者采用生理盐水穴位注射治疗,观察组肾绞痛患者采用生理盐水穴位注射联合中药封包治疗。对比两组肾绞痛患者的各项临床指标。结果观察组肾绞痛患者总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)。观察组肾绞痛患者疼痛缓解时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组肾绞痛患者治疗后0.5、1 h视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后3、7 d的健康调查量表36(36-item short form health survey,short f orm 36,SF-36)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组肾绞痛患者血尿、排尿困难、头晕、呕吐总发生率为3.33%,低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。结论生理盐水穴位注射联合中药封包治疗肾绞痛的临床效果显著优于单用生理盐水穴位注射治疗,因此联用中药封包治疗更具推广价值。

Objective To study the clinical effect of acupoint injection of physiological saline combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of renal colic.Methods A total of 60 patients of renal colic in Gansu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to February 2021 were selected,the double color ball random method,control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases),the control group patients treated with saline acupoint injection,observation group patients treated with saline acupoint injection combined with Chinese medicine,compare the clinical indicators of the two groups of patients of renal colic.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than that of the control group(70.00%)(P<0.05).The pain relief time of patients with renal colic in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of patients with renal colic 0.5 and 1 h after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The 36-item short form health survey,short form 36(SF-36)scores of the observation group after 3 and 7 days of treatment were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of hematuria,dysuria,dizziness and vomiting in the observation group was 3.33%,which was lower than that in the control group(20.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical therapeutic effect of acupoint injection of physiological saline combined with traditional Chinese medicine package in the treatment of renal colic is significantly better than that of acupoint injection of physiological saline alone.Therefore,the combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine package has more promotion value.
