中药汤剂加味两地汤对月经失调的治疗效果

The Therapeutic Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction and Modified Liangdi Decoction on Menstrual Disorders

目的分析中药汤剂加味两地汤治疗对月经失调患者(阴虚热型)生活质量与症状改善情况的影响。方法选取2020年11月—2022年11月武夷山市立医院收治的62例月经不调患者,将患者分为观察组(31例)和对照组(31例)。对照组患者实施常规西药治疗,观察组月经不调患者在对照组的基础上加用中药汤剂加味两地汤治疗。对比两组月经失调患者治疗总有效率、各项临床症状(经期异常、经量异常、腹部疼痛、乳房胀痛)改善时间、治疗前后生活质量和雌二醇(estradiol,E2)、促卵泡激素(follicle-stimulating hormone,FSH)、黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone,LH)等性激素水平改善情况。结果观察组月经不调患者治疗总有效率为96.77%,对照组为80.65%,观察组月经不调患者治疗总有效率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组月经不调患者经期异常、经量异常、腹部疼痛、乳房胀痛等各项临床症状改善时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组月经不调患者生活质量和E2、FSH、LH等性激素水平相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后各项生活质量和E2、FSH、LH等性激素水平均显著改善(P<0.05),且观察组月经不调患者生活质量和E2、FSH、LH等性激素水平改善水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药汤剂加味两地汤治疗能有效促进月经失调患者症状改善,提高总体治疗效果和患者的生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effects of traditional Chinese medicine decoction of modified Liangdi decoction on the quality of life and symptom improvement of patients with menstrual disorder(Yin deficiency heat type).Methods A total of 62 patients with menstrual disorder admitted to Wuyishan Municipal Hospital from November 2020 to November 2022 were selected and divided into observation group(31 cases)and control group(31 cases).The patients in the control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,and the patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction of modified Liangdi decoction on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,improvement time of various clinical symptoms(abnormal menstruation,abnormal menstruation volume,abdominal pain,breast swelling pain),quality of life before and after treatment,and improvement of estradiol(E2),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and other sex hormones in the two groups of patients with menstrual disorders were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment for patients with menstrual irregularities in the observation group was 96.77%,while the total effective rate of treatment for patients with menstrual irregularities in the control group was 80.65%.There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate of treatment between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).The improvement time of clinical symptoms such as menstrual abnormalities,menstrual volume abnormalities,abdominal pain,breast swelling and pain in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the quality of life and levels of E2,FSH,LH and other sex hormones between the two groups of patients with menstrual irregularities before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the quality of life and levels of E2,FSH,LH and other sex hormones were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the improvement level of quality of life and E2,FSH,LH and other sex hormone levels in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine decoction of modified Liangdi decoction can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with menstrual disorders and improve the overall therapeutic effect and mixed quality of life.
