定点正骨复位法联合局部封闭治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效

Efficacy of Fixed Bone Setting Reduction Combined With Local Sealing in Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探究定点正骨复位法联合局部封闭治疗腰椎间盘突出症(lumbar disc herniation,LDH)的临床疗效。方法选择2021年1月—2022年1月在山东省淄博市妇幼保健院骨伤科接受治疗的137例LDH患者,按照治疗方案分为观察组69例和对照组68例,对照组使用中医正骨治疗,观察组使用局部封闭和定点正骨复位法的方法进行治疗。对两组治疗效果进行收集和分析。结果观察组治疗总有效率为98.55%,明显高于对照组的85.29%(P<0.05);治疗后两组oswestry功能障碍指数(oswestry disability index,ODI)、视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(Japanese orthopaedic association scores,JOA)均升高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论定点正骨复位法联合局部封闭治疗LDH效果明显,具有有效性,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of fixedpoint bone-setting reduction combined with local blocking in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods A total of 137 patients with LDH who were treated in the department of orthopedics and traumatology of Shandong Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were divided into the observation group(69 cases)and the control group(68 cases)according to the treatment plan.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese bone-setting therapy,and the observation group was treated with local sealing and fixed-point bone-setting reduction.The treatment effects of the two groups were collected and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.55%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 85.29%(P<0.05).Oswestry disability index(ODI)and visual analogue scale(VAS)in both groups were lower after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05).The observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Japanese orthopaedic association scores(JOA)of the two groups were increased(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The fixed-point bone-setting reduction combined with local sealing for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation has obvious effect and is effective and worth popularizing.
