团体献血模式与流动献血模式用于血液招募中的价值比较

Comparison of the Value of Group Blood Donation Model and Mobile Blood Donation Model in Blood Recruitment

目的探讨团体献血模式与流动献血模式在血液招募中的价值比较。方法对青岛市中心血站西海岸第一献血服务部2017年1月—2018年1月采供血数据进行回顾性分析,期间行流动献血模式,将其设为对照组,另选2019年1月—2020年1月血站中心采供血数据行回顾性分析,期间行团体献血模式,将其设为观察组,对两组献血模式应用价值进行比较。结果观察组献血次数、平均献血量均多于对照组,平均月工作天数少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血液检测不合格率、不良反应总发生率分别为1.03%、0.40%,均低于对照组的1.99%、1.75%(P<0.05);观察组无偿献血知识评分为(86.23±2.27)分,高于对照组的(71.25±1.03)分(P<0.05)。结论与流动献血模式比较,团体献血模式在血液招募中应用价值更高,利于降低血液检测不合格率、不良反应发生率,提高人群献血次数、平均献血量,缩短采血人员工作时间,还可提高人群无偿献血知识水平,值得应用。

Objective To compare the value of group blood donation model and mobile blood donation model in blood recruitment.Methods The blood collection and supply data of west coast first blood donor service,Qingdao Blood Center from January 2017 to January 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.During the period,the mobile blood donation model was set as the control group,and the blood collection and supply data of the blood station center from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected for retrospective analysis.During the period,the group blood donation model was set as the observation group,and the application value of the two groups of blood donation models was compared.Results The number of blood donation and average blood donation volume in the observation group were more than those in the control group,and the average monthly working days were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The unqualified rate of blood test and the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were 1.03%and 0.40%respectively,which were lower than 1.99%and 1.75%in the control group(P<0.05).The score of knowledge about voluntary blood donation in the observation group was(86.23±2.27)points,which was higher than that in the control group(71.25±1.03)points(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the mobile blood donation model,the group blood donation model has higher application value in blood recruitment,which is beneficial to reduce the rate of unqualified blood detection and adverse reactions,increase the number of blood donation and average blood donation volume,shorten the working time of blood collection personnel,and also improve the level of knowledge of voluntary blood donation of the population,which is worthy of application.
