助产士的患者安全胜任力现状调查及影响因素分析

Analysis on the Current Situation and Influencing Factors of Patient Safety Competence of Midwives

目的调查某妇幼专科医院助产士的患者安全胜任力,了解其现状并探讨相关的影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法于2022年9—10月应用一般资料问卷、患者安全胜任力量表对厦门市某三甲专科医院助产士进行横断面调查。通过多元线性逐步回归分析助产士患者安全胜任力的影响因素。结果共回收有效问卷152份,助产士的患者安全胜任力总分为(156.35±16.85)分,条目得分为(4.46±0.48)分,其中循证护理实践维度得分较低。多元线性逐步回归分析结果显示,年龄和学历是助产士患者安全胜任力的影响因素,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论助产士的患者安全胜任力较好,但是循证护理实践能力有待提高,护理管理者应加强系统培训,提高低年资助产士的患者安全胜任力,保障患者安全。

Objective To investigate the patient safety competency of midwives in a maternity and child hospital and to understand its current situation and discuss the relevant influencing factors.Methods The convenience sampling method was adopted to conduct a cross-sectional survey of midwives in a grade 3A hospital in Xiamen city from September to October 2022 by using general data questionnaire and patient safety competency table.The influencing factors of patient safety competence of midwives were analyzed by multiple linear stepwise regression.Results Totally 152 effective questionnaires were completed.The total score of the midwife's patient safety competency was(156.35±16.85)points,and the item score was(4.46±0.48)points,of which the score of evidence-based nursing practice dimension was relatively low.The results of regression analysis indicated that age and educational background were the influencing factors of the safety competency of midwives,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The patient safety competency of midwives is good,but the evidencebased evidencebased nursing practice ability needs to be improved.Nursing managers should strengthen systematic training to improve the patient safety competency of midwives,especially those who are in the early years,and ensure the patient safety.
