Effect of 5E Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing Combined With Family Collaborative Management on Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的探究5E综合康复护理结合家庭协同管理对类风湿关节炎的影响。方法选取2021年12月—2022年11月三明市第一医院收治的158例类风湿关节炎患者作为研究对象。2021年12月—2022年5月对患者开展常规护理,将期间纳入的76例患者作为常规组;2022年6—11月实施5E综合康复护理结合家庭协同管理,将期间纳入的82例患者作为综合组。对比两组患者的疾病知识问卷评分、遵医行为量表评分、关节炎自我效能量表评分、关节炎影响指数量表评分。结果干预7 d后,综合组的疾病知识问卷评分高于常规组(t=2.287,P<0.05)。干预7 d后,综合组遵医行为量表中的遵医嘱用药、良好生活方式、良好饮食习惯、康复锻炼评分均高于常规组(t=2.035、3.007、9.167、7.674,P<0.05)。干预7 d后,综合组的关节炎自我效能量表评分高于常规组,关节炎影响指数量表评分低于常规组(t=4.781、7.160,P<0.05)。结论对类风湿关节炎患者开展5E综合康复护理结合家庭协同管理可有效提高患者对疾病知识的掌握度,加强其对治疗与护理的依从性,改善关节功能,减少关节炎对生活带来的不良影响.

Objective To explore the effect of 5E comprehensive rehabilitation nursing combined with family collaborative management on rheumatoid arthritis.Methods A total of 158 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to the Sanming First Hospital from December 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the research subjects.From December 2021 to May 2022,routine care was carried out for patients,with 76 patients included as the conventional group.From June to November 2022,5E comprehensive rehabilitation nursing combined with family collaborative management was implemented,and 82 patients included during this period was included as the comprehensive group.The scores of the disease knowledge questionnaire,compliance behavior scale,arthritis self-efficacy scale,and arthritis impact index scale between two groups of patients were compared.Results After 7 d of intervention,the disease knowledge questionnaire score of the comprehensive group was higher than that of the conventional group(t=2.287,P<0.05).After 7 d of intervention,the scores of medication compliance,good lifestyle,good eating habits and rehabilitation exercise in the comprehensive group were higher than those in the conventional group(t=2.035,3.007,9.167,7.674,P<0.05).After 7 d of intervention,the score of arthritis self-efficacy scale in the comprehensive group was higher than those in the conventional group,and the score of arthritis impact index scale was lower than that in the conventional group(t=4.781,7.160,P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing 5E comprehensive rehabilitation nursing combined with family collaborative management for patients with rheumatoid arthritis can effectively improve their mastery of disease knowledge,strengthen their compliance with treatment and care,improve joint function,and reduce the adverse effects of arthritis on daily life.
