摘要
督办是办公室的重要职能之一,是推动医院治理能力和治理体系现代化的重要途径,也是医院实现高质量发展的必然要求。本文针对医院督办工作中普遍存在的督办意识不强、督办能力不高、督办机制不健全等问题,通过扬州大学附属医院强化督办工作的实践与探索,即完善督办工作体系,明确工作职责;细化督办的主要事项,明确督办时效;丰富督办的形式,明确督办重点;优化督办工作流程,提高督办效率等举措,实现督办任务的闭环管理,创新医院管理模式,转变职能部门的工作作风,提高职能部门的工作效率,提高中层干部的执行力,推动医院的高质量发展,为建立督办长效机制进行有益探索。
As one of the important functions of the office,supervision is an important way to promote the modernization of hospital governance ability and governance system,and also an inevitable requirement for the realization of high-quality development of hospitals.This paper aims at the problems such as weak consciousness of supervision,low ability of supervision,and imperfect supervision mechanism,which are prevalent in hospital supervision work.Through the practice and exploration of strengthening supervision work in the Affiliated Hospital of Yangzhou University,it is necessary to improve the supervision work system and clarify the job responsibilities.Specify the main items of supervision,and clarify the prescription of supervision;Enrich the forms of supervision,clear the focus of supervision;Optimize the work process of supervision and improve the efficiency of supervision and other measures,realize the closedloop management of supervision and management tasks,innovate the hospital management mode,change the working style of functional departments,improve the efficiency of functional departments,improve the executive power of middle-level cadres,promote the high-quality development of the hospital,and carry out beneficial exploration for the establishment of long-term supervision and management mechanism.
