天水市2型糖尿病患者并发症发病情况及危险因素分析

Investigation on the Incidence of Complications of Type 2 Diabetes Patients in Tianshui City and Analysis of Related Risk Factors

目的调查天水市2型糖尿病患者的并发症发生情况,并对其相关危险因素进行分析。方法选取2022年1—12月天水四零七医院收治的2型糖尿病患者302例,统计患者并发症情况,并根据有无并发症发生将其分为两组,总结导致2型糖尿病患者并发症发生的相关危险因素。结果302例患者中,发生并发症252例,占比83.44%;并发症类型主要为2型糖尿病周围神经病变、外周血管病变、糖尿病肾病和2型糖尿病视网膜病变。Logistic回归分析显示,年龄≥60岁、身体质量指数(body mass index,BMI)≥24 kg/m2、病程≥5年、收缩压、舒张压、尿酸水平偏高均是导致患者并发症发生的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论天水市2型糖尿病患者并发症人数较多,在防治方面需加强糖尿病危害宣教,重点关注肥胖、年龄大、病程长的人群,积极做好血压、血脂和血糖监测,最大限度减少糖尿病并发症发生。

Objective To investigate the complications of type 2 diabetes patients in Tianshui,and analyze the related risk factors.Methods A total of 302 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to Tianshui 407 Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected,their complications were counted,and were divided into two groups according to whether there were complications.The related risk factors leading to the complications of type 2 diabetes patients were summarized.Results A total of 252 of 302 patients had complications,accounting for 83.44%.The main types of complications were type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy,peripheral vascular disease,diabetes nephropathy and type 2 diabetes retinopathy.Logistic regression analysis showed that age≥60 years,body mass index(BMI)≥24 kg/m^(2),disease course≥5 years,high systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,and uric acid levels were all independent risk factors for complications in patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The number of type 2 diabetes patients with complications is large in Tianshui City.In terms of prevention and treatment,it is necessary to strengthen the propaganda and education on the hazards of diabetes,focus on the obese,older,and long course people,and actively monitor blood pressure,blood lipid,and blood sugar to minimize the complications of diabetes.
