糖尿病肾病早期诊断应用生化检验的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Biochemical Test in Early Diagnosis of Diabetes Nephropathy

目的分析糖尿病肾病在早期应用生化检验的诊断价值。方法选择邵东市中医医院2019年8月—2021年8月收治的164例糖尿病肾病患者,将其定为观察组,与同时期在邵东市中医医院进行体检的90例健康检验者,将其定为对照组,对两组受试者进行对比研究。采用生化检验并对比组间结果。将观察组患者按照病情程度划分,其中84例为早期糖尿病肾病患者,80例为糖尿病肾病患者,对比两组患者生化指标水平。结果早期糖尿病肾病组患者生化指标高于对照组(P<0.05)。糖尿病肾病组生化指标水平高于早期糖尿病肾病组(P<0.05)。早期糖尿病肾病组血糖水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,早期糖尿病肾病组生化指标水平较治疗前下降,组内治疗前后对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生化检验用于糖尿病肾病患者,对患者早期的疾病诊断结果更为准确,能够辅助医师进一步诊断患者的病情,值得在临床作推广应用。

Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of biochemical tests in early diagnosis of diabetes nephropathy.Methods A total of 164 patients with diabetes nephropathy admitted to Shaodong Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from August 2019 to August 2021 were selected,designate it as an observation group,and 90 health examiners who had physical examination in Shaodong Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in the same period,set it as the control group and conduct a comparative study on the two groups of subjects.Using biochemical tests and comparing results between groups.The patients in the observation group were divided into 84 patients with early diabetes nephropathy and 80 patients with diabetes nephropathy according to the degree of illness.The biochemical indicators of the two groups were compared.Results The biochemical indexes of patients with early diabetes nephropathy were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The biochemical indexes of diabetes nephropathy group were higher than those of early diabetes nephropathy group(P<0.05).The blood sugar level of early diabetes nephropathy group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of biochemical indicators of early diabetes nephropathy group decreased compared with that before treatment,and there was a statistically significant difference in the group before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Biochemical tests for patients with diabetes nephropathy are more accurate in the early diagnosis of the disease,and can assist doctors to further diagnose the patients’condition,which is worth popularizing in clinical application.
