摘要
随着煤层气生产开发技术逐渐成熟,设备技术逐渐完善,煤层气排采管理的水平及技术也随之提高,经历了摸索尝试、半自动化、自动化、精细化,未来将会实现大数据化。排采模式及技术也从单一型、经验型发展为多样化、数字化、具体化、智慧化,在大数据时代下,煤层气排采管理将完全实现数据化,每一口井从设计到投产过程中的所有地质、工程参数都将被记录成这口井的身份信息,用于生成生产过程中的管控指令,生产过程中的各种数据及反馈信息也将被记录,用来及时修正优化管控。
With the gradual maturity of coalbed methane production and development technology,the level and technology of coalbed methane drainage and production management have also improved.It has progressed from cautious exploration and experimentation to semi-automation,automation,and refinement,and will eventually achieve big data-driven management.The drainage patterns and technologies have evolved from single and experiential approaches to diversification,digitization,specification,and intelligence.The implementation of a well-specific strategy for drainage and production management has been achieved.Coalbed methane drainage and production management will be fully data-driven.Each well’s geological and engineering parameters throughout the design and production processes will be recorded as its identity information,which will be used to generate control instructions during the production process.Various data and feedback information during production will also be recorded to enable timely adjustments and optimization of control and management strategies.
